How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple, not by us. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Greenhouse → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Blocking isn't working — what should I check?
Make sure Greenhouse still has Screen Time permission — if it was turned off, the app will ask for it again when you open it. If you recently reinstalled the app, you'll need to re-select the apps you block: iOS clears those selections on reinstall by design, and they never leave your device, so we can't restore them for you. How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple decides refund requests for App Store purchases; we're unable to issue them directly.
